| CULTURE AND HISTORY: ‘Trifolau’ is a dialect expression used in the Langhe region to indicate those local farmers who, at night and with the help of their faithful dogs, roam around groves and hills to practise the ancient art of truffle digging. With this in mind, Beppino Occelli ideated this fine cheese by combining together the Tuma di Langa with the treasure of the region: the truffle. |
